The Agilent Exo- Pfu DNA polymerase is a modified version of our cloned Pfu DNA polymerase suitable for [35S]dATP cycle sequencing reactions and nucleotide analog incorporation.
The recombinant Exo- Pfu DNA Polymerase is a genetically engineered mutant of the cloned Pfu DNA polymerase lacking the 3 ́- to 5 ́-proofreading activity while retaining the 5 ́- to 3 ́-DNA polymerase activity.
