Imaging & Microscopy

The Agilent BioTek Cytation cell imaging multimode reader portfolio has revolutionized traditional imaging and plate reading processes by combining widefield microscopy and spinning-disk confocal microscopy with multimode detection. These configurable systems are designed to meet laboratory needs today and into the future. The Lionheart automated microscopes are compact, easy-to-use systems for fixed and live-cell imaging workflows. The Agilent BioTek Gen5 software provides powerful image capture, processing, and analysis for both Cytation and Lionheart systems.

Microplate Readers

The Agilent BioTek microplate reader portfolio offers a wide-range of single- and multimode microplate readers to address both current and future microplate reading and data analysis requirements.  There is an Agilent BioTek microplate reader solution for every laboratory to address applications from live-cell and microbial growth assays to ELISA and nucleic acid quantification in microplates and microvolumes. The Agilent BioTek Gen5 software is easy to use and provides a simple, efficient, and powerful experiment definition and data analysis interface.

Microplate Washers and Dispensers

The Agilent BioTek microplate washers and dispensers are compact, highly configurable instruments designed to address multiple liquid handling needs in laboratories. From ELISA assays to gentle cell washing and bead washing, the Agilent BioTek washers offer customizable modules to meet a wide range of assay requirements. The dispensers offer single-channel, multi-channel, and bulk reagent dispensing in several configurable platforms. The washers and dispensers are easily integrated into robotic systems to enhance automation and efficiency.

Microplate Automation

The Agilent BioTek microplate reader portfolio offers innovative workflow automation solutions that seamlessly integrate with our microplate washers, dispensers, readers, and imagers. The BioSpa 8 automated incubator links readers or imagers together with washers and dispensers for up to 8 microplates, while the BioStack microplate stacker offers fast plate exchange options and patented plate delidding and relidding to support live-cell assays. These automation solutions empower researchers to streamline their processes, enhance data quality, and achieve consistent results.
