The 1260 Infinity III Vialsampler combines sample management and column handling in a single autosampler module. The Vialsampler injects from up to 132 standard 2 mL vials and has a pressure rating of 600 or 800 bar.
Options and upgrades are available for sample cooling and heating from 4 to 40 °C. An integrated column compartment is also available as an option or upgrade and provides thermal control to 80 °C for two columns.

- Capacity of up to 132 vials (2 mL) or up to 36 vials (6 mL)
- Reliable injections from 0.1 to 100 µL at up to 600 bar (model G7129A) or up to 800 bar (model G7129C)
- Injection volume extension up to 1,500 µL (G7129C), or up to 1,800 µL (G7129A) for microbore to semipreparative applications
- Needle flush port enables rinsing the outside surfaces of the needle for lowest carryover
- Integrated column compartment, available as option or upgrade, holds two columns up to 30 cm length, and provides heating from 5 degrees above ambient to 80 °C for reproducible chromatographic data at optimized resolution
- Integrated sample thermostat, available as option or upgrade, provides cooling and heating from 4 to 40 °C
- Low internal volume for minimum contribution to system's total internal volume, which can be even further reduced using bypass mode
- Overlapped sample runs and injection cycles for increased productivity
- Customizable injection program for advanced injection sequences or sample preparation prior to injection
