EnVision FLEX DAB Enhancer (Dako Omnis)

The reagent is used to further enhance the color of the brown end-product reaction in IHC visualization (1). After application of EnVision FLEX DAB Enhancer, the DAB precipitation will appear a deeper chocolate brown. The reagent is intended for use on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.

EnVision FLEX DAB Enhancer (Dako Omnis) is ready-to-use and each vial contains 18 mL of reagent, enough to stain 60 slides based on 300 μL per slide.

EnVision FLEX DAB Enhancer (Dako Omnis) is a part of the PD-L1 IHC 22C3 pharmDx (Dako Omnis) assay but should be ordered separately.
