Dako Omnis Protocol Updates

Dako Omnis users can get access to any new released products and protocols as grouped in the table below.

These new protocols are added to the database of your Dako Omnis system, and you can start using them immediately

How to install the Protocol Updates:

1. Special attention is needed if you are importing a protocol with an identical name to a custom protocol name already in the Dako Omnis database. The new protocol names are listed in the table below. To resolve the protocol name conflict, follow the installation instructions.
2. Download the zip file with the Protocol Update to a folder on your computer/USB drive
3. Unzip the file so that the protocol file is placed on your computer/USB drive
4. Follow the instructions to import the protocols

• The current protocol (the custom version) will disappear and be replaced with the Ready-To-Use (RTU) version if the custom protocol is not renamed.
• It is not possible to import the RTU protocol if you have a custom protocol that is newer than the RTU version. The import cannot proceed and will be marked with an inactive Import button. Please contact your Agilent representative for assistance.
• When importing a product with an identical name to a product already in the Dako Omnis database, the existing product will automatically be renamed by adding “custom” as a suffix.
• Please contact your Agilent representative if you need help to map your Laboratory Information System (LIS) or True Positive ID (TPID)
• Agilent recommends that you perform a virus scan of the USB drive prior to inserting it into the computer
