HLA-ABC

Anti-human HLA-ABC antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of HLA class I expression in cells.

This antibody targets a monomorphic epitope on the 45 kDa polypeptide products of the HLA-A, B and C loci. These antigens belong to class I of the mammalian major histocompatibility complex (MHC), in humans known as human leucocyte-associated antigens (HLA). The antibody labels all nucleated cells in peripheral blood or tonsil cell preparations, including polymorphs, monocytes, lymphocytes and eosinophils. Erythrocytes are not labeled.
