Epithelial Antigen

Anti-human Epithelial Antigen antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of human epithelial tissues.

The Human Epithelial Antigen is present on the surface membrane and in the cytoplasm of all epithelial cells except the superficial layers of squamous epithelia, hepatocytes and parietal cells. It can be used for detecting circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood, serous effusions and peritonal washings together with a panel of other antibodies.
