CD79β

Anti-human CD79β antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of B cells.

CD79 is a transmembrane heterodimer belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It comprises the two glycoproteins, CD79α and CD79β. CD79β is restricted to the B-cell lineage, and is found in pro-B cells before Ig heavy-chain gene rearrangement but after CD79α expression.
