CD64

Anti-human CD64 antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of monocytes, macrophages and blood dendritic cells.

CD64 is the high-affinity IgG Fc receptor belonging to the immunoglobulin supergene family. CD64 is constitutively expressed on monocytes, macrophages and blood dendritic cells, and at very low levels on neutrophils. It can be induced to higher expression on neutrophils and eosinophils by interferon (IFN) g and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF)
