CD57

Anti-human CD57 antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of natural killer (NK) cells and CD8-positive lymphocytes.

CD57 is expressed by subsets of NK cells and CD8-positive lymphocytes, and by a small percentage of CD4-positive/CD45R0-positive T lymphocytes. The number of CD57-positive cells increases in some pathologies characterized by an imbalance of CD4/CD8 lymphocytes.
