CD5

Anti-human CD5 antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of thymocytes and mature T lymphocytes.

CD5 is a 67 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein. CD5 appears early in thymocyte development, being expressed at low density on thymocytes and at high density on all mature T lymphocytes. CD5 is also expressed on a subpopulation of normal B cells.
