CD45RO

Anti-human CD45R0 antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of T lymphocytes.

CD45 is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on most nucleated cells of haematopoietic origin. On human leucocytes, five different isoforms of CD45, named ABC, AB, BC, B and 0, have been identified. Antibodies to CD45R0 react specifically with a 180 kDa band corresponding to CD45R0. Various leucocytes express characteristic CD45 isoforms, and T cells differentially express CD45 isoforms at various stages of their development and activation.
