Anti-human CD45RA antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of naive T lymphocytes and B cells.
The antibody reacts with the CD45 isoforms, ABC and AB. Naive T lymphocytes are typically positive for CD45RA, which includes only the A protein region. The antibody labels most B cells in peripheral blood and tissue sections.
