CD43

Anti-human CD43 antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of T cells and myeloid lineage cells.

CD43 is a human heavily O-glycosylated transmembrane protein, which is expressed by T cells and myeloid lineage cells. Reactivity with plasma cells has been observed. The molecule is known to be defective in the Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome and may participate in T-cell activation.
