CD33

Anti-human CD33 antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of committed hematopoietic progenitors.

CD33 is a member of the siglec family (sialic acid binding immunoglobulin-like lectins) referred to as Siglec-3. CD33 is expressed by subsets of monocytes and neutrophils. Committed hemapoietic progenitors, including multipotential stem cells (CFU-GEMM) and precursors of granulocytes and macrophages (CFU-GM) and early erythroid progenitors (BFU-E) express CD33.
