Anti-human CD22 antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of normal and neoplastic B cells.
CD22 appears in the cytoplasm of late pro and early pre-B cells and on the surface of mature B lymphocytes. Anti-CD22 is a pan-B-cell reagent that enables detection of normal and neoplastic B cells in peripheral blood.
