Anti-human CD1a antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of cortical thymocytes and Langerhans’ cells.
The CD1a antigen is a transmembrane α-chain non-covalently associated with ß-2-microglobulin. CD1a is expressed by cortical thymocytes and Langerhans’ cells in normal, dysplastic and neoplastic tissue.
