CD15

Anti-human CD15 antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of the oligosaccharide antigen CD15 found on mature granulocytes and monocytes.

CD15 is a carbohydrate antigen carried by both glycoproteins and glycolipids. CD15 serves as a ligand for selectins and might also be involved in cell adhesion through a direct Lewis X-Lewis X interaction. CD15 is expressed mainly on mature granulocytes and monocytes but also on immature bone marrow cells.
