CD11c

Anti-human CD11c antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of monocytes.

CD11c belongs to a family of related heterodimeric proteins designated CD11. The CD11 family shares a common 95 kDa α -chain (CD18). In addition to the p150,95 protein, this protein family contains two other members: leucocyte function associated-1 antigen (LFA-1, CD11a) and iC3b receptor (CD11b). CD11c is expressed strongly on monocytes and weakly on neutrophil granulocytes. Natural killer cells and activated B and T cells also express CD11c .
