Anti-human CD11c antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, NK cells, dendritic cells, hairy leukemia cells and malignant cells from B-cell lymphocytic leukemia.
The antibody is directed against the CD11c chain of the CD11c/CD18 protein, which is an adhesion molecule of integrin type (integrin αXß2). CD11c is expressed by a variety of cells, including granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, NK cells, dendritic cells, hairy leukemia cells and malignant cells from B-cell lymphocytic leukemia.
