This antibody is of value to semi-quantitatively identify mouse immunoglobulins when used in combination with a monoclonal mouse antibody in single cell suspension.
Being the F(ab')2 fragment of rabbit immunoglobulin, is particularly well-suited for analysis on unfixed cells exhibiting Fc receptors, and for other applications where the Fc part of the antibody molecule could disturb.
