Cytokine detection reagent is used to quantitatively detect the expression of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, or IFN-γ in human biological specimens in vitro, providing physicians with supplementary information for diagnosis. The kit is used in conjunction with a flow cytometer, suited for use with human serum or plasma samples.
