Mouse IgG1 + Rabbit F(ab')₂ + Rabbit F(ab')₂

Triple-color isotype reagents for Dako-branded antibodies of the composition: Mouse IgG1/FITC + Rabbit F(ab')₂/RPE + Rabbit F(ab')₂/APC for use in flow cytometry.

Rabbit F(ab')₂/RPE and Rabbit F(ab')₂/APC have been prepared from non-immunized rabbits. Mouse IgG1/FITC is a purified monoclonal antibody with specificity towards Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase, an enzyme which is neither present nor inducible in mammalian tissues.
