Anti-human CD45/FITC + CD14/RPE antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These dual-color reagents are of value to the study of leucocytes, subdividing them into CD14-positive monocytes, lymphocytes and granulocytes, since the expression of CD45 on the surface of mature granulocytes is less than that of lymphocytes.
