The CE-IVD-labeled Agilent 4200 TapeStationDx system is a high-throughput automated electrophoresis platform developed for nucleic acid sample quality control in regulated clinical and diagnostic laboratories. Together with Agilent TapeStationDx software, it enables fast, simple, and reliable sample analysis, supporting up to 96 samples per run.
This system provides standardized and reproducible quality control of human RNA and DNA samples and is designed for downstream clinical diagnostic workflows, including next-generation sequencing (NGS). It supports laboratories operating under IVDR and other relevant regulated frameworks in generating consistent, high-quality results.
