High Sensitivity DNA ScreenTape Analysis

The High Sensitivity D1000 and D5000 DNA ScreenTape assays are ideally suited for the automated electrophoresis of precious DNA samples in low abundance. Together with the TapeStation instruments, the High Sensitivity DNA ScreenTape analysis offers a fast, automated, and simple solution for the reliable sample quality control (QC) of libraries in the next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflow as well as PCR and qPCR products.

The ScreenTape assays are compatible with all TapeStation instruments.

TapeStation DNA ScreenTape & Reagents

Features

Analyze DNA fragments and smears (e.g., for NGS library QC) for objective quantification, sizing, and purity determination
Determine accurate sizing over a broad range from 35 – 1,000 bp (High Sensitivity D1000 ScreenTape assay) and 100 – 5,000 bp (High Sensitivity D5000 ScreenTape assay)
Detect samples with limited abundance down to 5 pg/µL.
Reduce sample consumption, as only 2 µL of DNA sample is needed.
Minimize time to result with data delivered in 1 to 2 minutes per sample.
Perform your sample QC quickly and easily using ready-to-use ScreenTape devices, prepackaged reagents, and automated data analysis.
Prevent sample carryover or cross-contamination using individual ScreenTape lanes and disposable pipette tips.
Use full sample scalability with constant cost-per-sample by saving partially used ScreenTape devices for a later point in time.
