Product Details
- Analyze DNA fragments and smears (e.g., for NGS library QC) for objective quantification, sizing, and purity determination
- Determine accurate sizing over a broad range from 35 – 1,000 bp (High Sensitivity D1000 ScreenTape assay) and 100 – 5,000 bp (High Sensitivity D5000 ScreenTape assay)
- Detect samples with limited abundance down to 5 pg/µL.
- Reduce sample consumption, as only 2 µL of DNA sample is needed.
- Minimize time to result with data delivered in 1 to 2 minutes per sample.
- Perform your sample QC quickly and easily using ready-to-use ScreenTape devices, prepackaged reagents, and automated data analysis.
- Prevent sample carryover or cross-contamination using individual ScreenTape lanes and disposable pipette tips.
- Use full sample scalability with constant cost-per-sample by saving partially used ScreenTape devices for a later point in time.
