The Agilent Protein Broad Range P240 kit is developed to provide a solution for diverse proteins including monoclonal antibodies, soluble fractions, membrane fractions, and crude lysates through 240 kDa. Complete rejuvenation of the capillary electrophoresis environment between runs ensures high consistency for protein analysis.
The Protein Broad Range P240 kit provides high resolution results for protein separations from 10 to 240 kDa in 30 minutes. This allows for analysis of varied sample sizes in a single streamlined automated electrophoresis run. The rapid covalent labeling method avoids system peaks appearing in the analysis region while providing a 3-log dynamic range allowing for impurity detection down to 0.1%.
