Protein Broad Range P240 Kit
The Agilent Protein Broad Range P240 kit is designed to provide a CE-SDS solution for diverse proteins, including analysis of mAbs, soluble fractions, and crude lysates up to 240 kDa. Complete rejuvenation of the capillary electrophoresis environment between runs ensures high consistency for protein analysis.
The kit provides high-resolution results for protein from 10 to 240 kDa in ~30 minutes. This allows for analysis of varied sample sizes in a single, streamlined automated CE-SDS run. The rapid covalent labeling method avoids system peaks in the analysis region, while providing a 3-log dynamic range for impurity detection down to 0.1%.
