Fragment Analyzer Software
The Fragment Analyzer controller software is optimized to acquire data for low- to ultrahigh-throughput laboratories. The easy to use multifeatured software interface provides tested methods for consistent electrokinetic injections and voltage separations of nucleic acid molecules.
The ProSize data analysis software generates digital data for the quick and easy visual analysis of DNA and RNA size, concentration, and quality. It provides objective DNA and RNA quality metrics and can be used to analyze a wide range of nucleic acids. These include genomic DNA, NGS libraries, plasmids, microsatellites, PCR amplicons, restriction digests, mRNA, small RNA, and total RNA.

- Export data and images in a variety of formats (CSV file, a PDF or a project report) for further analysis, with the option to select all the data or only a subset
