- Two separation methods — Offer two optimized separation methods for total RNA (US Total RNA mthd) and mRNA (US mRNA mthd)
- Quality metrics — Provide RNA Quality Score (RQN) for total RNA samples and percent ribosomal contamination for mRNA samples to ensure objective analysis
- Low sample volume — Require only 2 µL of samples, minimizing sample loss to RNA QC steps
