Drain Tubing for ICP-MS

ICP-MS drain tubing is used to transfer liquid waste from the spray chamber drain to a waste vessel. Agilent provides a variety of ICP-MS drain tubing, connectors and other fittings applicable to different Agilent ICP-MS instrument models. Our portfolio also includes an assembled spray chamber drain tube assembly, which can join the spray chamber waste port to the peristaltic pump tubing.

Agilent ICP-MS drain tubing uses acid and organic solvent resistant materials to give long life and leak free connections. The standard PVC drain tubing is recommended for aqueous samples, including acid digests. For organic solvents, this should be replaced with ETFE coated Urethane tubing that is solvent resistant.

Regular inspection of the drain tubing is recommended and replacement if the tubing has perished or shows discoloration.
