Agilent self-aspirating PFA nebulizers are constructed entirely from chemically resistant fluoropolymers so they are chemically resistant. They are ideal for semiconductor applications where ultra low detection is required. PFA nebulizers are available for all Agilent ICP-MS models
Self-aspriating, low-flow PFA concentric nebulizers minimize pulsation, by eliminating the peristalitc pump, and produce a fine aerosol for high sensitivity with low % RSD at a low sample flow rate. A range of PFA MicroFlow and C-Flow nebulizers, sample connectors and other fittings are available.
