Inert Nebulizers for ICP-MS
Inert PFA concentric nebulizers or Mira Mist nebulizers (available in PEEK or PTFE) offer the best resistance to concentrated acids and organic solvents. They are recommended for samples prepared in hydrofluoric acid and are available for all Agilent ICP-MS models.
