ICP-MS Inert Kit

O-ring-free and manufactured from PFA for the lowest contamination levels and chemical resistance, the Agilent ICP-MS inert kit contains all components necessary to replace the standard quartz sample introduction system with parts suitable for the analysis of high-purity and HF-containing samples.

Users can choose between a demountable torch with a platinum or sapphire injector. Pt is the highest purity injector material and is recommended for semiconductor applications, although the sapphire injector gives no measurable increase in backgrounds. A PFA nebulizer is available separately.
