The Agilent NanoDis system presents a unique integration of the tangential flow filtration principle with a compendial dissolution tester, an autosampler, and software control. The workflow enabled us to achieve accurate, reproducible results and discriminatory separation of free drug from intact liposome carriers-something that traditional methods struggle to achieve. I see NanoDis becoming a widely adopted, robust, and efficient tool for the QC testing of complex particle-based formulations.
