제품 정보
- 이 분석은 기초 호흡 ATP 연계 호흡, H+(양성자) 유출, 최대 호흡, 잠재 호흡 능력 및 세포 호흡 조절제를 사용하는 비 미토콘드리아 호흡 구간을 측정합니다.
- 키트에는 세포 또는 3D 모델을 사용하여 분석을 지원하기 위한 적절한 양의 시약이 포함되어 있습니다.
- 화합물은 실온에 보관되며 분석 배지에서 직접 재용해되므로 DMSO 또는 기타 용매가 필요하지 않습니다.
- 기능적 분석을 통해 각 로트별로 엄격하게 테스트 및 검증해 일관되고 안정적인 결과를 제공함으로써 실험 실패에 따른 비용을 줄입니다.
실시간 에너지 대사 자동 측정
Agilent Seahorse XF 분석기를 이용해 multi-well 플레이트에서 라이브 셀의 산소 소비율(OCR) 및 세포 외부 산성화율(ECAR)을 측정하여 미토콘드리아 호흡작용 및 해당작용과 같은 핵심 세포 활동에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 있습니다. Seahorse XF 분석기는 화합물 첨가 및 혼합, 비표지 분석 검출, 그리고 OCR 및 ECAR의 실시간 자동 측정을 수행합니다.
