Genomic DNA Kits
Sample preparation is simplified by eliminating dilution steps with the choice of the Genomic DNA kits or the HS Genomic DNA kits for high- and low-concentrated gDNA samples. A broad sizing range allows researchers to size gDNA samples up to 60 kb.

- Broad concentration range – Allow an input sample concentration range of 25 to 250 ng/µL for the Genomic DNA 50 kb kit, and a lower concentration range of 0.3 to 12 ng/µL for the HS Genomic DNA 50 kb kit
- Objective quality metrics – Assess the integrity of gDNA samples by scoring with a genomic quality number (GQN) ranging from 0 to 10. A GQN of 10 indicates that 100% of sample is above the user-defined threshold value
- Broad sizing range – Provide sizing information of gDNA samples from 75 bp to 60 kb
- Low sample volume – Require only 1 to 2 µL of sample, minimizing sample loss to QC steps
