Agilent employees are offered multiple ways to raise issues and concerns within the organization including contacting Human Resources, Compliance, or management directly. The Agilent Compliance Helpline is unique in that it is available to any person seeking to report a compliance or ethical concern about Agilent business. The Helpline is administered by a third-party organization, NAVEX EthicsPoint, located in the United States. Reports may be received by telephone (via local toll-free number) or through the web, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in more than 100 languages. If a call is not answered in the language preferred, interpreters are available upon request.
Agilent wants individuals filing a report to feel safe when bringing their concerns to the organization. Therefore, Agilent does not tolerate retaliation against any person making a report or involved in an investigation and allows for reports may be made without providing a name and contact information, preserving anonymity. Any concerns of retaliation should be raised as soon as possible.
