진공 시스템 밀봉용 에폭시 및 레진
Torr Seal 에폭시 수지는 진공 시스템 또는 구성품의 누출을 신속하게 밀봉하는 진공 실런트입니다. Torr Seal은 용매가 필요하지 않으며 E-9Torr 이하의 압력 및 -45에서 120°C(베이킹 가능 온도)까지의 온도에서 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한 경화 후 즉시 누출 점검이 가능하며 금속, 세라믹, 유리 등 많은 재료와 접착될 수 있습니다.
