세포 임피던스 설명
세포 임피던스 분석의 기능 단위는 Microtiter plate well 바닥 표면에 결합된 일련의 골드 미세전극(gold microelectrodes)입니다. 전기 전도체 용액(완충액 또는 표준 조직 배양 배지)에 담그고 이러한 전극에 전위를 인가하면 전자가 음극 단자를 떠나 벌크 용액을 통과한 다음 양극 단자에 증착되어 회로가 완성됩니다.
