Agilent ProSize data analysis software calculates an RNA quality number (RQN), providing a quantitative total RNA quality metric for downstream applications. Excellent resolution allows users to easily distinguish between RNA degradation and small RNA.

- Reliable sizing - Measure accurate and precise sizing of RNA samples from 200 to 6,000 nt using the standard method, or through 9,000 nt with the extended method
- Broad quantification range - Quantify total RNA and mRNA samples in the concentration range of 25 - 500 ng/µL and IVT mRNA in the range of 20 - 100 ng/µL with the RNA kit, or analyze total RNA in the concentration range of 50 - 5,000 pg/µL and mRNA in the range of 500 - 5,000 pg/µL with the HS RNA kit
- Minimized sample dilutions - Choose the kit that fits the right concentration range for your needs and thereby avoid sample dilutions
- Objective quality metrics - Determine the level of degradation of total RNA samples by the RQN ranging from 1 to 10, assess the percentage purity of mRNA samples, and calculate DV200 (the percentage of fragments larger than 200 nt) for FFPE RNA samples
- Low sample consumption - Use only 2 µL of sample to obtain accurate results
- Specific RNA analysis modes - Analyze RNA samples of different origin like eukaryotic, prokaryotic, plant, and ribodepleted RNA by selecting the corresponding method in ProSize data analysis software

Agilent DNF-472 HS RNA (15 nt) Kit IVT mRNA Quick Guide for Fragment Analyzer Systems
This Quick Guide is intended for use with the Agilent 5200, 5300, and 5400 Fragment Analyzer systems only. The DNF-472 HS RNA kit has methods for analysis of IVT mRNA as well as Total RNA and ribo-depleted RNA samples. This quick guide covers the two methods for IVT mRNA a low concentration range of 500 to 2,500 pg/μL and a mid-concentration range of 2,500 to 10,000 pg/μL, as well as the corresponding Extended methods for IVT mRNA > 6,000 nt. A separate quick guide (SD-AT000132) covers Total RNA and ribo-depleted RNA methods.
