Agilent 8255 氮化学发光检测器 (NCD) 是氮选择性检测器,对含氮化合物呈等摩尔线性响应。检测原理是:采用不锈钢燃烧器使含氮化合物在高温下燃烧生成氮氧化物 (NO)。
通过光电倍增管检测由一氧化氮和臭氧发生连续化学发光反应而产生的光。因为反应的专属性,分析复杂样品基质也几乎没有干扰。
