Kappa and Lambda mRNA CISH (Dako Omnis)

Kappa and Lambda mRNA CISH (Dako Omnis) is intended for the detection of Kappa and Lambda mRNA by chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH) on Dako Omnis and is recommended to be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue specimens.

Kappa and Lambda mRNA CISH (Dako Omnis) are a set of oligonucleotide-based probes that bind to either the Kappa or Lambda immunoglobulin light chain mRNA. The probes are conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) to enable detection using the Anti-FITC-AP CISH Accessory Kit (Dako Omnis) (K589911-2). When used along with this kit, plasma cells expressing Kappa or Lambda mRNA will exhibit dark blue/purple cytoplasmic staining. Evaluation of Kappa and Lambda requires that two slides are stained, one with each probe.
