I have the Agilent InfinityLab Poroshell 120 HILIC-Z, 2.1 × 100 mm, 2.7 μm column and I found an application note which shows really great resolution of multiple sugars, which I am trying to do. The application note is for a UHPLC system with an ELSD detector. I have a 1260 Infinity II regular HPLC with an RID. I have made several attempts to modify the two methods described in the application note to work with my system, but am not having any luck.

Hello Agilent Community, I have just received a new column for my Aglient 1260 Series HPLC instrument. It is a Kinetex 2.6 μm EVO C18 100Å column. Simple question: what are the best flushing conditions for temporary storage? The column being a C18 I assume the usual 70/30-Aceto/Water split for 20x CV is the correct route to take.
