Dear Agilent, I am currently transferring USP methods for Atorvastatin Calcium and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets from HPLC to UHPLC using an LC 1260 Infinity II with DAD. Several methods have been successfully transferred with excellent results. However, for Atorvastatin Calcium (115 min, L7) and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets (65 min, L1) the outcome has been less satisfactory.

This product is recommended to be used with the InfinityLab PFC-free LC conversion Kit (5004-0006).
