Today, this will be most beneficial for customers with Agilent managed programs. CrossLab Connect provides direct, easy access to services requests and history, service coverage and other asset details (i.e., EGS, age) that a CMMS doesn’t natively have access to.

CrossLab Connect also offers alerting and utilization monitoring not typical of a CMMS, enabling customers to pair this data with their repair and contract data to drive lab operations improvements in addition to optimizing maintenance.
