How long should I hydrate a cartridge?

Seahorse recommends hydrating a sensor cartridge overnight at 37°C for optimum results. The minimum cartridge hydration time is 4 hours at 37°C, however, this is not recommended for the best data quality. The maximum sensor hydration time is 72 hours, but may require additional calibrant solution due to evaporation.
