Semiconductor skimmer cone (7900, 8900 with x-lens), platinum tip with copper base, for advanced applications such as semiconductors or advanced materials. An optional cone can be used with the x-lens for aggressive acid digests, including HF. Recommended for use with platinum tip sampler cone for semiconductor applications (G3280-67158) and brass skimmer base. Recommended for lowest detection limits.
