ICP-MS skimmer cone for semiconductor applications (7700, 7800, 7850 and 8800 with x-lens), platinum-tip with copper base, for advanced applications such as semiconductors or advanced materials. An optional cone can be used with the x-lens for aggressive acids digests, including HF. Recommended for use with platinum sampler cone for semiconductor applications (G3280-67158) and brass skimmer base (G3280-60621). Recommended for lowest detection limits.
