Streptavidin-R-Phycoerythrin (ver 3), 1 mg. R-Phycoerythrin (RPE) conjugated to Streptavidin (Streptomyces avidinii). The conjugate has been purified to remove unreacted components in order to improve sensitivity and reduce non-specific binding. As a final step, the product was filtered using a 0.45 µm membrane and stored in a sterile container. PJRS14 is specifically manufactured as a low background conjugate for applications utilizing bead-based assays.
