Seahorse XFp Media & Calibrant

Seahorse XF RPMI medium, pH 7.4, 500 mL. This is a RPMI-based medium and does not contain phenol red, bicarbonate, glucose, pyruvate, or glutamine. It contains 1 mM HEPES, and the pH of this medium is pre-adjusted to 7.4. To ensure a proper final pH in assay media, Seahorse XF supplements must be used at recommended concentration range. Check Seahorse XF media and buffer selection guide for more details. This medium is validated for use with the Seahorse Real-Time ATP rate assay and the glycolytic rate assay. It is also recommended to use for all Seahorse XF assays.
